Grandpa Morris' passing was bittersweet, we were all so happy he was no longer in pain and that he would finally be reunited with his wife who passed away 22 years ago, his brother who passed away 10 years ago, his two children who died when they were little, and also his parents who both died when he was 2. What a sweet reunion, and something worth smiling about.
But at the same time we were sad to say goodbye to such a great man who has left behind a legacy I will forever be grateful for. With 13 children and a whole bunch of grand children, and great grandchildren, there is a lot of proof he was a great strength, example, and teacher to his family.
He left behind a wonderful legacy of faith, and I am so grateful our little family gets to be a part of it.
We will miss you Grandpa Morris, until we meet again!!
